  • Minced pork 250 g
  • Water chestnuts 8 pcs [peeled and diced]

  • Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce 170 g
  • Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 3 tbsp

How to make it

  1. Stir-fry Shanghai rice cake in 4 tbsp oil for a while.
  2. Add all ingredients and stir well.
  3. Stir in seasoning mix, cover and cook on low heat for about 8 minutes until sauce thickens.
