  • Corn starch 1/2 tsp

How to make it

  1. Saute spare ribs and Chinese mushrooms in 2 tbsp oil.
  2. Add winter melon and sauce mix.
  3. Cook on low heat for about 15-20 minutes until winter melon becomes tender.
