Marinade

  • Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 2 Tbsp.
  • Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil 1 tsp.
  • Corn starch 1 tsp.
  • Rice wine 1 Tbsp.

Seasoning

  • Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 1 Tbsp.
  • Water 13½ Tbsp.
  • Corn starch 2 tsp.
  • Sugar ½ tsp.

How to make it

  1. Mix chicken with marinade. Set aside.
  2. Heat oil, sauté ginger and garlic. Add chicken, red pepper, and chestnuts. Toss well until done.
  3. Stir in rice wine and corn starch mixture. Cover pan and cook over low heat to thicken the sauce.
