How to make it

Marinate chicken wings (middle joint) with marinade for 15 minutes. Pan fry over low heat or roast in oven until cooked.
Cut baby corn into pieces and cook in boiling water until cooked. Drain.
Have cooked rice arranged in two plates, divide the chicken wings and baby corn on each. Pour over green curry sauce to serve.
