  • Mackerel 450 g [cut into pieces]
  • Turnip 90 g [peeled and sliced]
  • Onion 50 g [shredded]
  • Red chilli [cut into sections] 1 pc

Marinade

  • Corn starch 2 Tbsp
  • Egg white 1 pc
  • Salt 1 /2 tsp
  • Lee Kum Kee White Peppercorn Powder a little

Seasoning

  • Lee Kum Kee Chilli Garlic Sauce 2 Tbsp
  • Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 1 Tbsp
  • Water 1 /2 cup
  • Sugar 1 1/2 tsp
  • Corn starch 1 /2 tsp

How to make it

  1. Marinate the mackerel.
  2. Pan-fry the mackerel in 2 tbsp oil until golden. Set aside.
  3. Saute onion in 1 tbsp oil, add chilli and turnip. Stir well until heated through.
  4. Return mackerel to pan with the mixed sauces. Cook over low heat until sauce thickened and ingredients cooked.
