How to make it

  1. Wash the oysters with water, remove the shells and drain. Mix the oyster with salt and corn starch, then rinse well.
  2. Heat the oil, add in oysters and pan fry to drain excess water salt the water. Set aside and let cooled.

  3. Mix the egg, Chinese chive and seasonings. Then gently stir in the oysters to form egg mixture.
  4. Heat the oil and pour in the egg mixture. Pan fry until both sides are golden and crispy.
