  • Hon Shimeji mushrooms 50 g
  • Bell pepper (shredded) ½ pc

  • Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 1 Tbsp.
  • Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil 1 tsp.
  • Lee Kum Kee Double Deluxe Soy Sauce 3 Tbsp.

How to make it

  1. Cook egg noodles in boiling water according to packet instructions or until tender. Drain.
  2. Stir-fry clam meat, black mushrooms, Hon Shimeji mushrooms and bell peppers in 2 tbsp oil for about 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in egg noodles, Seasoning Mix and heat through.
