In a bowl, add Lee Kum Kee Triple Citrus Grilling & Dipping Sauce along with the lime juice, lemon juice, and garlic. Place the salmon pieces into the bowl and let marinate for 30 minutes. Don't over marinate, or the fish will start cooking from the citrus juice.

Place the salmon pieces onto wooden or metal skewers with lemon slices every other piece of salmon. Then sprinkle the salmon with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (optional).

Put broiler on and when it's hot place the salmon in and cook for 10 minutes, until cooked through.

Serve with a little Lee Kum Kee Triple Citrus Grilling & Dipping Sauce on the side for dipping. Along with, chopped cilantro (optional).
