How to make it

  1. Add water and Japanese bonito sauce into a pot and bring to boil over medium heat. 
  2. Add radish and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
  3. Add whole can of abalone (together with the abalone sauce) into the pot and bring to boil, then turn off the heat.   Let the abalone and radish sit with the lid on for 10 minutes.
  4. Tips: Topped some shredded leek for decoration.
