Deep-fried Spare Ribs with Spicy Satay Sauce

How to make it

Marinate spare ribs for 30 minutes.
Deep-fry spare ribs in hot oil until golden yellow and done. Drain.
Saute minced garlic, shallots and red chilli in 2 tbsp oil until fragrant.
Add spare ribs and stir well. Sprinkle with wine.
Add sauce mix and cook until heated through.
