How to make it

  1. Marinate spare ribs for 30 minutes.
  2. Deep-fry spare ribs in hot oil until golden yellow and done. Drain.
  3. Saute minced garlic, shallots and red chilli in 2 tbsp oil until fragrant.
  4. Add spare ribs and stir well. Sprinkle with wine.
  5. Add sauce mix and cook until heated through.
