How to make it
Marinate the Berkshire pork for 10 minutes.
Mix the seasonings and cook until the sauce is thickened. Set aside.
Cut the Berkshire pork into small pieces, Pan fry the Bershire pork until almost done, add in onion.
Pan fry the Berkshire pork until golden brown and fully cooked.
Mix with yellow peach and sauce. Ready to serve.
