  • Canned Yellow peach 100g, diced
  • Onion 30g, cut into pieces

Marinade

  • Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Green Onion 10g
  • Ginger 10g

Seasoning

  • Lee Kum Kee Sweetened Vinegar 50ml
  • Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce 15ml
  • Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 1tbsp
  • Sugar 2tsp

How to make it

  1. Marinate the Berkshire pork for 10 minutes.
  2. Mix the seasonings and cook until the sauce is thickened. Set aside.
  3. Cut the Berkshire pork into small pieces, Pan fry the Bershire pork until almost done, add in onion.
  4. Pan fry the Berkshire pork until golden brown and fully cooked.
  5. Mix with yellow peach and sauce. Ready to serve.
