How to make it

Rinse and soak the Chinese herbs ingredients for a while. 
Pour the Soup Base For Drunken Chicken Hotpot in boiling water, mix well.
Add all remaining ingredients and bring to boil over high heat for 10 minutes. 
Mix the dipping sauces, stir well, to serve with Hotpot.
Tips: Add Shaoxing wine and Mei Kuei Lu Chiew into the soup base if you prefer a stronger wine aroma.
