  • Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil 1 tsp
  • Lee Kum Kee White Peppercorn Powder a little

Sauce Mix

  • Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Water 5 tbsp
  • Honey 2 tsp
  • Corn starch 1/2 tsp

How to make it

  1. Mix duck breast with marinade.
  2. Pan-fry duck breast in 2 tbsp oil until desired doneness. Put on a serving plate.
  3. Heat through sauce mix and stir in strawberries.
  4. Pour over duck breast.
