How to make it

  1. Cook fettuccine in boiling water according to packet instructions or until tender. Drain.
  2. Saut chopped garlic in 2 tbsp oil/olive oil until fragrant. Add clam meat, button mushrooms, bell pepper and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add fettuccine, sauce mix and heat through. Stir in fresh cream and parmesan cheese powder.
