How to make it

  1. Marinate pork chop for 15 minutes or overnight.
  2. Deep-fry pork chop in hot oil until golden yellow and done. Drain.
  3. Stir-fry sliced lemon grass in 1 tbsp oil until fragrant. Add diced green onion, pork chop and stir well. Put on a serving plate. Sprinkle with fried shallot. Can be served with red rice and fresh vegetables.
