Heat the wok with oil, stir fry the sakura shrimp in low heat. Set aside.
In the same wok, add 1 tbsp oil and stir fry the vegetables and ginger until fragrant. Add the beaten egg and stir fry in low heat. Add the rice and stir fry until the grains are distinct and well-separated.
Add seasoning and 7g of sakura shrimp , stir fry in medium heat.
Add spring onion and stir fry in high heat. Sprinkle the remaining sakura shrimp and serve.
