How to make it
Squeeze water out of Chinese mushrooms. Mix mushrooms with seasoning mix. Steam over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Add marinade to shrimp and stir well until sticky.
Dust mushrooms with a little corn starch. Stuff mushrooms with shrimp paste. Pan-fry mushrooms in 2 tbsp oil until golden yellow and done. Put on a serving plate.
Bring the sauce mix to boil and pour over the mushroom.
