How to make it

  1. Spread some butter on each slice of baguette and bake at 150°C for 5 minutes. 
  2. Split the ingredients into 4 portions, put abalone and cheese on each baguette sequentially, then pour abalone sauce over.

  3. Bake at 180°C for 2-3 minutes. Burn the toast surface with a blow torch until it turns golden. 
  4. Tips: Mix and match with your favourite ingredients, such as herbs, salad leaves to enhance the taste.
