Place a wok over high heat until hot. Add remaining 4 tbsp oil, swirling to coat sides. Add ginger, green onions, preserved vegetables, and garlic; cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 10 seconds. Add Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood, sugar and Lee Kum Kee Sesame Oil; cook until sugar dissolves. Pour sauce over fish.
