How to make it

  1. Mix all ingredients and seasonings well, except for the green onion. Then divide the mixture into 4 portions and shape them into patties.
  2. Steam the patties over high heat for 8-10 minutes until fully cooked.
  3. Take out the dish and pour salt reduced soy sauce. Place chopped green onion on top and serve.
  4. Tip:
    Adding some oat to replace fatty pork for smooth texture, it can be a healthier choice.
