How to make it

  1. Soak the dried wood ear mushrooms in clean water for 30 minutes. Place it in boiling water for a short while, then drain and set aside for later use.

  2. Cut the tofu into long strips, coat with cornstarch, and brush with egg liquid.
  3. Heat a frying pan with oil, pan-fry the tofu until golden brown on both sides. Add the wood ear mushrooms and all the seasonings and cook until the sauce thickens.
