Shred onion, cut yellow and red bell pepper into cubes, cut onion into sections, cut shallots and slice garlic for later use.
After heating the pan, add a teaspoon of oil, fry the pork chops until half-cooked, then set aside.
Saute garlic slices and onion shreds with the oil forced out of the pan. After sautéing until fragrant, add Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Honey Garlic Spare Ribs and stir fry, then add 250ml of water.
Add pork ribs and bell peppers and cook.
After the sauce is slightly dry, add shallots and mix briefly before turning off the heat, then serve.
