How to make it

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the Lee Kum Kee Honey Sriracha Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce, apple cider vinegar, Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic, smoked paprika, and Lee Kum Kee Black Peppercorn Grinder. Heat over medium, stirring occasionally, until the mixture comes to a simmer. Cook for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened. Stir in the butter until melted and well combined. Remove from heat and set aside.

  2. Set your grill to medium-high heat (around 400° Fahrenheit) and lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
  3. Season the bone-in pork chops with salt and pepper. Grill the pork chops for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145° Fahrenheit.
  4. During the last 3-4 minutes of grilling, brush the Sweet Heat glaze generously onto the pork chops. Flip the chops and brush the other side as well. Continue grilling until the glaze is sticky and caramelized.
  5. Remove the pork chops from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes. Brush with a final layer of Lee Kum Kee Honey Sriracha Sauce glaze before serving. Enjoy!
