How to make it

Marinade the pork for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the seasoning well and set aside.

Cook the udon in a boiling water until medium well. Drain and set aside.

Heat the oil wok, fry the pork and shiitake mushroom until cooked. Stir-fry the onion, carrot and cabbage until soft. Then add udon and seasonings, fry for 1 minute with medium heat. Add some sesame oil on top of the udon.
