Mapo Cherry Tomato Spaghetti

How to make it

  1. On a hot wok, add olive oil and onion. Stir-fry until fragrantful and onion is transparent. Add carrot, minced pork and cook until the meat turns color.

     

  2. Add Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Mapo Tofu and sugar. Cook in medium low heat for 5 minutes. Add water if the sauce is too thick. Add cherry tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes. 

  3. Boil the spaghetti according to the time indicated on the package. Top with mapo sauce, green bean and basil. 

  4. Tips: Keep a little bit of spaghetti water for adding to the sauce if it is too thick.
