  • Bean curd/Tofu 400 g [1 packet, diced]
  • Minced chicken 90 g
  • Button Mushroom (s) 25 g [diced]
  • Fresh Shiitake mushroom(s) 25 g [diced]
  • Green onion(s) [shredded for topping]
  • Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce 2 tsp [optional]

Marinade

  • Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil 1/2 tsp
  • Corn starch 2 tsp
  • Sugar 1/2 tsp

Basic Cooking Sauce

How to make it

  1. Mix minced chicken and mushrooms with marinade.
  2. Put tofu on heatproof deep plate. Spread chicken mixture on top. Cover and microwave at HIGH for about 3 minutes or until done.
  3. Sprinkle with shredded green onion and Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce as desired.
