- Udon 1 pc (approx 200g)
- Crab Stick 3 pcs (Shredded)
- Cucumber 80g (Shredded)
Seasoning
- Lee Kum Kee XO Sauce 1½ tbsp

How to make it

Bring the water to boil, cook the udon for 2 minutes.

Take out and place in cold water for 1 minute. Drain and set aside.

Place the crab stick and cucumber on udon. Add sauce and mix well. Ready to serve.
