How to make it

  1. Wash and parboil the oxtail for later use.
  2. Cut the white radish into pieces with hobbing method for later use.
  3. Add the pack of Premium Marinade Spices to 1 L of water, bring to a boil, then turn off the heat and cover with lid for 1 hour. Add 2 packs of the White Marinade Pack.
  4. Add oxtail and 1 L of water in another pot, and bring to a boil. Then change to low heat and simmer for 1 hour, add white radish and cook until cooked through.
  5. Add 200 ml of White Marinade sauce to the oxtail soup and cook for 10 minutes. If necessary, add a little salt.
