  • Red and Yellow Capsicum ¼pc each (Stripped)

  • Lee Kum Kee Coarse Ground Black Peppercorns Some
  • Salt Some

Seasoning

  • Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce ¾ tbsp.
  • Lee Kum Kee Pure Black Sesame Oil Some
  • Water 2 tbsp.
  • Sugar 1 tsp.

How to make it

  1. Marinate the beef for 20 minutes.
  2. Blanch Asparagus in boiling water for 1-2 minute(s). Drain and set aside.

  3. asparagus on beef, roll the beef from the bottom to the top.

  4. Heat the oil with medium, pan fry beef roll until cooked.

  5. Add red & yellow capsicum, asparagus root and seasoning to sauté until cooked.
