  • Water 2 tbsp.
  • Sugar 1 tsp.

How to make it

  1. Marinate the beef for 20 minutes.
  2. Blanch Asparagus in boiling water for 1-2 minute(s). Drain and set aside.
  3. asparagus on beef, roll the beef from the bottom to the top. Add some corn starch on the edge of beef to avoid unrolling.
  4. Heat the oil with medium, pan fry beef roll until cooked.
  5. Add red & yellow capsicum, asparagus root and seasoning to sauté until cooked.
