  • Beef fillet/tenderloin 300 g [steak, 2 pcs]
  • Asparagus 25 g [sliced]
  • Bell pepper 25 g [sliced]
  • Cooked seasonal vegetables [for serving]

Marinade

  • Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce 1 tbsp

Sauce Mix

  • Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Water 6 tbsp
  • Corn starch 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp

How to make it

  1. Marinate beef tenderloin for 1/2 hour.
  2. Pan-fry beef tenderloin in 2 tbsp oil until desired doneness. Set aside.
  3. Stir-fry asparagus and bell pepper in 1 tbsp oil. Add sauce mix, heat through and pour over beef steaks. Serve with cooked vegetables.
