How to make it

Mash Mackerel fillet. Blend with little salt and water in a mixing bowl until sticky. Add beans and Seasoning Mix and mix thoroughly.
Divide the mixture into 8-10 balls and flatten a bit to form round patties.
Heat 4 Tbsp oil in a skillet. Semi deep-fry over medium heat until both sides golden and cooked. Serve with the mixed Dipping Sauce.
