Pan Fried Scallop with Black Bean Sauce

How to make it

Marinate the scallops for 20 minutes.

Deep fry the rice waffles over high heat, set aside.

Heat the oil with medium heat, add in scallops and pan fry both sides until golden. Set aside.

Add oil into the pan, saute black bean garlic sauce until fragrant. Add water and remaining seasonings and stir well.
Add scallops into the sauce and stir-fry for 1 minute until the sauce is thickened. Serve with rice waffles and salad leaves.
