How to make it

  1. Marinate minced pork with Lee Kum Kee Salt Reduced Oyster Sauce for 10 minutes. Heat up frying pan, and stir-fry pork with olive oil until cooked. Drain well and set aside.
  2. Mix salad dressing ingredients to blend.
  3. Toss with cooked minced pork and remaining ingredients to serve.
