How to make it

  1. Marinate the sliced beef with marinade for 4 minutes. Trim and rinse enoki mushrooms.
  2. Roll up enoki mushrooms in the sliced beef.
  3. Pan-fry beef rolls in 1 Tbsp oil in a frying pan over medium heat until cooked.
