  • Carrot 80 g
  • Diced ham 100 g
  • Cooked corn kernel 80 g
  • Parsley (Chopped) As desire

Sauce Mix

  • Lee Kum Kee Coconut Curry Sauce 1 Jar

How to make it

  1. Dice potatoes and carrot. Cook in brine accordingly until desire doneness.
  2. Drain and add diced ham, cooked corn kernel.
  3. Pour in coconut curry sauce and toss well. Add some chopped parsley as desire.
