  • Prawns [Shelled and keep tail intact] 300 g
  • Pomelo Honey 2 tsp
  • Pomelo Flesh 150 g
  • Flesh of Mango [diced] 150 g
  • Salad Vegetables 100 g

Marinade

  • Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood 2 tsp
  • Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil 1 /2 tsp
  • Lemon grass [chopped] 1 pc

Seasoning

  • Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood 2 Tbsp
  • Lime Juice 2 tsp
  • Sugar 2 tsp
  • Extra virgin Olive Oil 1 Tbsp
  • Chinese parsley [chopped] 1 Tbsp
  • Red chilli [chopped] 1 tsp

How to make it

  1. Mix marinade with the prawns.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp oil, pan-fry prawns until golden and cooked.
  3. Drizzle pomelo honey and mix. Set aside.
  4. Mix salad leaves, mango, and pomelo with the seasoning mix.
  5. Arrange the prawns on top to serve.
