How to make it

Add the marinade to the chicken and marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, sauté chicken until fragrant. Add minced ginger and minced garlic and stir fry for a while. Add mushroom and pumpkin and fry until fragrant.
Add white rice and red rice. Stir constantly. Add water and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Cover and turn to low heat. Cook for 15 minutes. Turn off the heat. Simmer for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and enjoy.

Tips:

1. Soak the red rice for about 1 hour before cooking to achieve a softer texture.

2. Stir frying the rice before cooking makes it more fragrant.
