Rice Vermicelli Pork Soup with Seafood
What You Will Need
Ingredients
- • 100g Pork (sliced)
- • 8 Medium Prawns
- • 8 Clams
- • 80g Beech Mushroom (cut into small pieces)
- • 50g Rice Vermicelli (soaked)
- • 100g Baby Spinach
- • 800mL Water
Marinade
- • ½ tsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Mushroom Powder
- • ½ tsp Corn Flour
- • 2 tsp Water
Seasoning
- • 4 tsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Mushroom Powder
- • Lee Kum Kee White Peppercorn Powder appropriate amount

How to make it

Marinate the pork for 15 mins.

Boil a pot of water over high heat. Add the Premium Mushroom Powder. Add the pork, shrimp, clams, mushroom and vermicelli. Cook on medium heat for 2 minutes. Add the spinach and cook until soft. Add white peppercorn powder and serve immediately.
