How to make it

  1. Satay Pork Noodle Soup

    1. Shred the cucumber and carrot, dice the onion and set aside.
    2. Beat the eggs well, drop into the oil pan and fry into egg skins, then take them out and shred.
    3. Boil the udon and set aside.
    4. Take an oil pan, sauté the onion until fragrant, and fry the onion until it turns yellow, then pour off the hot water.
    5. Add sesame paste, peanut sauce and 1 pack of Soup Base for Satay Hot Pot, turn to low heat, then add pork slices, mix well and cook until cooked.
    6. Put udon in the bowl first, then add cucumber, carrot, egg, seaweed and pork, and then drizzle with satay sauce.
     
  2. Beef Roll with Satay Enoki Mushroom

    1. Cut off the roots of enoki mushrooms, rinse well and set aside.
    2. Take out some enoki mushrooms, roll them up with beef slices, wrap them up and close the mouth downwards.
    3. Put a little oil in a wok, put the beef rolls with enoki mushrooms, fry slowly until fragrant and set, cook on the other side for about 2 minutes, and place the dish with chopsticks.
    4. Mix the Soup Base for Satay Hot Pot and water into a wok, cook over medium heat until thickened.
    5. Pour the satay sauce on the beef roll with enoki mushrooms, sprinkle with white sesame seeds and serve.
