Bring the water to boil, blanch carrot and set aside. Sauté sliced fatty marble beef with 1/2 tbsp oil until 70% cooked. Defrost the rice cake for further use.
Sauté yellow bell pepper and onion with 1/2 tbsp oil, add carrot, sliced fatty marble beef and marinade.
Add rice cake and mix well. Ready to serve.
Dietitian’s Advice
Fats and caloric of sliced fatty marble beef is higher than other meats, it would be better to replace by fresh sliced beef that has higher protein and iron.
