How to make it

  1. Blanch the pork belly. Bring the water to boil, pour in the thick rice noodle to remove the excess oil, drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté all the ingredients with 1 tbsp oil until cooked (except thick rice noodle), add marinade and 100mL water.
  3. Once the ingredients are cooked, add thick rice noodle and mix well. Ready to serve.
  4. Dietitian’s Advice : Pork belly is high in fats, people who are weight and health conscious may consider using relatively low-fat meat, e.g. sliced lean pork or sliced pork.
