Blanch the pork belly. Bring the water to boil, pour in the thick rice noodle to remove the excess oil, drain and set aside.
Sauté all the ingredients with 1 tbsp oil until cooked (except thick rice noodle), add marinade and 100mL water.
Once the ingredients are cooked, add thick rice noodle and mix well. Ready to serve.
Dietitian’s Advice : Pork belly is high in fats, people who are weight and health conscious may consider using relatively low-fat meat, e.g. sliced lean pork or sliced pork.
