Scallops with Morel Mushrooms and Black Truffle

How to make it

  1. Soak morel mushrooms in water for 30 minutes. Marinade scallops for 15 minutes.
  2. Trim the ends of the snow peas and set aside.
  3. Boil snow peas and morel mushrooms for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  4. Heat a pan with oil over low heat, pan-fry the scallops until both sides turn golden colour. Add minced garlic, bell pepper, snow peas, morel mushrooms, and seasonings and stir-fry over medium heat. Finally, add black truffle sauce and stir-fry well.
  5. Tips:
    Dry the scallops with a paper towel, and then marinade scallops with a little salt in order to eliminate fishy odor.
