How to make it

  1. Add ginger slices, scallion and chicken to boiling water. Cook until chicken is done. Remove from water and set aside.

  2. Mix the seasoning with chopped garlic.

  3. Cut the chicken into pieces. Pour over the sauce and sprinkle with chopped peanuts and chilli.

  4. Tips:

    You can replace chicken filet with wings according to your preference.
