How to make it

  1. Skewer the ingredients and set aside.
  2. Stir-fry garlic, ginger and Mala Spices Pack in oil, then put 2 packs of Soup Base for Sichuan Style Mala Hot Pot and stir-fry for 3 minutes until the aroma is released, then add 1L of water.
  3. Add Extra Spicy Chilli Powder according to your personal spiciness.
  4. After boiling, add sliced lotus root and potato first, and cook over high heat.
  5. After the fire is boiled, remove the floating powder, and start to cook all the ingredients.
