  • Soba [buckwheat noodles] 120 g
  • Ham 75 g [shredded]
  • Cucumber and carrot 150 gshredded

  • Lee Kum Kee Satay Sauce 5 tbsp
  • Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce 2 1/2 tbsp
  • Water 2 tbsp
  • Mirin 1 tbsp

How to make it

  1. Cook soba in boiling water according to packet instructions or until tender.
  2. Take out and soak in iced water. Drain.
  3. Arrange cucumber, carrot and ham on soba and chill.
  4. Stir in seasoning mix just before serving.
