How to make it

  1. Deep-fry half of minced garlic with low heat, drain and set aside.

  2. Wash and clean the prawns, cut into half, set on a large plate, and sprinkle with raw and fried garlic.
  3. Steam the prawns under high heat for 10 mins, remove from heat, then sprinkle with spring onion and drizzle over soy sauce to serve.
