How to make it

  1. Skin and cut squash in to pieces and put on a serving plate.
  2. Put scallop, deep fired and chopped garlic on top of squash, steam for 8 min.
  3. Pour Premium Gold sauce and cooked oi on the top, ready to serve.
  4. Tips: The oil which is used to cook the deep fried garlic could be poured on the top of squash in order to enhance the garlic flavor.
