How to make it
Skin and cut squash in to pieces and put on a serving plate.
Put scallop, deep fired and chopped garlic on top of squash, steam for 8 min.
Pour Premium Gold sauce and cooked oi on the top, ready to serve.
Tips:The oil which is used to cook the deep fried garlic could be poured on the top of squash in order to enhance the garlic flavor.
