Steamed Chicken Balls with Sweet Corn and Carrot

- Minced chicken 200 g
- Canned whole kernel corn 50 g [drained]
- Carrot 50 g [cut into small dices]
- Chinese mushroom 2 pcs [soaked, drained, and finely diced]
Marinade
- Lee Kum Kee Premium Chicken Bouillon Powder 1 tsp
- L ee Kum KeePremium Soy Sauce 1 tsp
- Lee Kum Kee Pure Black Sesame Oil 1 tsp
- Water / Beaten Egg White 2 tbsp
- Corn starch 1 tsp
- Cooking Wine 1 tsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Sugar 1/4 tsp
- Lee Kum Kee Coarse Ground Black Peppercorns [optional] 1/2 tsp

How to make it

Mix minced chicken and mushrooms with marinade and divide into 8 portions.

Shape minced chicken into balls and coat with sweet corn and diced carrot.

Put chicken balls on a greased plate and steam for 10 minutes until done.
